Job Code: ITD/07/043 Reporting to SAP Technical Services Lead and working as part of our large SAP support organisation. You will be accountable for all aspect of SAP Workflow support and should provide customer-orientated support to our users. You will also be responsible for enforcing QP SAP Workflow Developments Standards. The right candidate should have Workflow experience in at least two Functional Areas such as IS-OIL, SD, MM-ES, FM, PM or EHS
Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent SAP Workflow Certification desirable
Experience & Skill Levels : Workflow experience in a large SAP implementation / complex integration environment. You must have at least three full cycle implementation and ability to provide day-to-day support. Workflow development & maintenance related to Interfaces.& system integration. Design and deployment of Std / Custom SAP workflows based on business requirements. SAP workflow integration with corporate messaging applications. Workflow support for BW & Portal based applications. Assist SAP teams in preparing SAP training systems & end-user training materials. Web integration experience. Writing Technical Specs Strong general ABAP and Dialogue programming skills Writing custom methods Use workflow analysis tools and ABAP debug to assist in problem solving. Responsible for workflow enhancements and testing Excellent analytical problem solving skills - ability to quickly identify problems and recommend solutions. Focus driven and aggressive in pursuit of excellence in service. Accountable for support call progression. Proven ability to liaise with middle/senior management both assertively and with confidence. Experience of working with diverse cultures. Should possess excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, as well as good interpersonal, presentation, and documentation skills.
