- Develop Sales in line with the Companyâs Sales & Marketing Strategy within the various markets sectors to achieve the maximum margins.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with all Clients, Customers and Consultants at all levels.
- Develop and achieve Sales within the various market sectors of his appointed market area or business unit through building a full and detailed understanding of the Client and market requirements.
- Ensure he is aware of all new developments within his market area and that the Companyâs products are specified in preference to competitorâs products.
- Ensure he is aware of all competitorsâ activities and report the same to the Director.
- Ensure that all Quotations/Tenders are submitted on time and in accordance to the Tender documents but meeting the Companyâs minimum acceptable Specifications and Terms and Conditions and follow up. Skills - Candidate should have a vast experience in trading of all types of steel.
- Technical and Product Knowledge.
- Awareness of Contractual conditions and implications .

- Database skills & Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) .
