Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule and maintain appointments/meetings of the department management - Coordinate with the HR department for the administrative services required for the department. - Handle department administrative tasks independently. - Maintain an organized filing system ensuring easy retrieval of documents and records. - Handle all travel arrangements for the management while adhering to the Company policies. - Coordination with Administration and HR Department for RP renewals, work contract, company letters, exit permits. - Handling and monitoring stationeries ensure that properly managed in a cost effective manner. - Manage stationary requirements, printing orders and stocks. Skills
