| Financial Control Officer Helium Counsel Kuwait Ref: HP024-05 Helium Counsel The Role Execute various functions of the Financial & Internal Control Department and act as a backup. 1. Planning: Implement plans for activities and ensure smooth and efficient workflow of departmental operations. 2. Monitor & Control: Follow up compliance and efficiency of working procedures and discrepancies with regard to other department task. 3. Work Control: Ensure the assigned tasks are performed in effective manner. 4. MIS Reports: Prepare MIS and other reports. 5. Training the subordinates: Impart Cross training to all clerical staff and maintain back up for all functions. 6. Policy & Procedure Manual: Suggest new or to amendments to policies and procedures related to areas under Financial & Internal Control.Requirements 5 years experience in the field. All financial control related items University Degree in Commerce or Related Studies. Banking training.
