Our client is a leading international provider of project management a design services. They are currently working on one of Kuwait most prestigious projects as on of the design project managers. This is a USD3bn educational project encompassing educational, residential and commercial facilities. They are in need for an additional Senior PM / Project Director to help manage the current workload. Key Responsibilities As directed by the EDI. Technical/Manager Buildings: Contribute to the successful implementation and delivery of the Project In consultation with the Project Executive liaise with various stakeholders of the client organization. In consultation with the Project Executive liaise with the local associate/sub consultant; to ensure both organization take ownership of the project jointly and work collaboratively to deliver successful project outcomes. Take leadership to negotiate extensions and variations to the current contract. In consultation with Human Resources division responsible for resourcing for the current contract as well as the contract extension to ensure all project positions are filled on time and within allocated budget Work closely with the Project Executive to finalise procedures for Master Plan review/Theme Architecture and Design Guidelines/Construction General Specifications Work closely and collaboratively with the Project Executive to provide leadership and guidance to the project team on all aspects of design, tender and construction management of the project Take overall charge of the companyâs internal Financial Management of the project to ensure that budgeted contribution margins are achieved. Comply with the company's quality assurance and quality management procedures Assist with business development, including the preparation of expressions of interest, proposals, and capability statements and undertaking of project tracking and other promotional activities Key Contacts Client representatives Potential client representatives Peers, superiors and subordinates of the companyâs International and associated companies Executive Director Technical, Manager Buildings and Regional Director, Key Performance Indicators Task/assignment implementation within constraints of time and budget Client satisfaction with contributions to project delivery, documentation or demonstrated by award of contract extension/variation.
