Job Profile The main objective is to sell and gain customer loyalty, offering always the best service, within the guidelines set by the company in Customer Service and image. ⢠Smile and greet all customers ⢠Keep a smart personal image (uniform, hygiene, make-up, etc) ⢠Always offer an option for purchase to customers ⢠Promote, advise and enable the customerâs purchase ⢠Organise and size all the clothes displayed in the section ⢠Maintain the image of the section (cleanliness, order, still life, displays, etc) ⢠Always receive the customer with a positive attitude Prepare garments for display within the section (alarm, hanger, folding) ⢠Say goodbye to the customer and thank her ⢠Check changing rooms upon arrival and leaving of customers(cleanliness, image, alarms, etc ⢠Replace sales (lists, manual restocking) ⢠Distribute and place garments from the changing rooms within the section ⢠Provide garments whenever the customer requires them whether in changing rooms or in the section ⢠Enable the purchase for the customer whenever necessary or required by the customer. ⢠Act as support for cashiers regarding customer requests (answer the phone, size changes, catalogue references, etc ⢠Company standards for customer service. ⢠Service policy (changes, returns, fitting, reserved garments) ⢠Product: Collection, catalogues, models and location within the store, trends, fabrics, sizes, colours, washing instructions. ⢠Sales Rankings, exhausted models, repeated garments, (commercial follow-up) ⢠Knowledge of the 100 questions. ⢠Sharing information on products, sizes. ⢠Indicating to the Merchandiser the most-requested garments, customer worries. ⢠Allowing no sale to be lost. ⢠Making the most of a trip to the Stockroom by bringing back products for colleagues. ⢠Supporting colleagues during sales, reinforcing their arguments. ⢠Strictly respecting the order established by the Stockroom Supervisor.
