About the Department Atlantis the Palm will be host to some of the most amazing Food and Beverage experiences in the world. With 36 food and beverage outlets on the resort and Conferencing facilities rivalling the best in the world offering unique experiences to all our guests. Qualifications The successful candidate will demonstrate the following abilities and behavior: Have a strong food &beverage sales background Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm and personable demeanor Have exceptional IT literacy with experience using Micros and point of sale systems Be willing and able to 'blow the customer away' Speak read and write in English Fluently Responsibilities Woking with a small team and reporting to the Director Food &Beverage you will be responsible for the sale of delicious bakery items to guests and the general public. You will work closely with the pastry kitchen to implement upselling strategies and enticing displays to maximise sales.
