The Treasury Analystis responsible for assisting the Director of Treasury and Corporate Financing to develop treasury and financing strategy. The role will also assist in preparing analysis and reports for the purpose of project financing, as well as monitoring cash flows and working capital.
Who we're looking for ⢠Bachelor degree or equivalent, specialized in corporate finance ⢠Real estate industry specific treasury and corporate financing training desirable ⢠Special/Additional Qualifications: ⢠Familiar with rating processes ⢠Very good negotiation skills - diplomacy and tenacity ⢠Extreme sense of confidentiality ⢠Dual Bank + Corporate experience
