An exciting opportunity exists within the hospitality division of a prestigious property development company, for an Associate of Design & Planning.
You will report directly to the Head of Department and will be responsible for all design and planning issues relating to new hotel developments to ensure all hotels are designed and constructed in adherence with appropriate brand standards.
Applicants should have a BA / B.Sc. in Architecture and/or Interior Design with experience of designing 4 or 5 star hotels or alternatively, of working in a technical capacity within a well-known hotel operator.
This busy role will encompass but not be limited to: reviewing and approving designs submitted by the Consultant, co-ordinating with suppliers & internal departments, and liasing with the client & hotel operators. You will assist the Director in the procurement of hotels, ensuring commercial viability for each of the projects and for ensuring the designs facilitate operational efficiency.
