Recruitment Manager required to join a leading Banking institution in Bahrain. The role will require all aspects of International recruitment ensuring that best practice strategies are adopted in line with budgets and requirements. The individual will be required to work with all levels of the business, working and developing a graduate recruitment and training scheme in addition to working on all aspects of employee retention and development. Further duties around external recruitment is pre-requisite including external marketing, advertising, short-listing , interviewing and creating a long term strategic database of potential applicants. A minimum of 7 years Financial Services recruitment experience with a degree in HR or Business Studies whilst a sound understanding of best practice & recruitment legislation essential.
