| Job Description PROJECTS MANAGER/SUPERVISOR For our Furniture & Joinery (F&J) Division : A smart and self-driven ambitious person with engineering/site finishing background and good man-management skills to run the projects function and to be the driving force behind executing successful jobs with opportunities to advance to higher levels . He should be an extrovert with an adaptable and pro active personality to effectively work in a multicultural environment. Good follow up capabilities and can prepare tracking and pending lists to follow up . Good feedback reporting and communicating skills. Good anticipation of issues and can plan and work to deadlines and time scales . Capable of grasping project scope of works and raising clarifications ahead of time . Follow up a number of jobs simultaneously. Good site organization skills . The candidate should have at least 3-5 years experience of working on medium to large size building or interior projects. The candidate will preferably have knowledge and experience of furniture and joinery and finishing trades . Knowledge of technical aspects relating to joinery and case good-construction as well as installation techniques would be an added advantage. Should understand importance of commercial and contractual aspects on large building or interior turnkey projects with good communication skills both verbal and written. Knowledge of FIDIC will be an added advantage. Good computer skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft PROJECT / EXCEL / WORD . Additional Information MS |
