| Exciting and unique opportunity exists for an experienced Compliance professional to join this highly successful Global Commercial Group in the position of Group Head of Compliance. Recognised as a leading Global Commercial Bank with a strong presence across the Middle East, we are seeking to appoint a highly experienced Compliance professional to direct and manage this function for the Group. Reporting to the CEO, your core responsibility will be to develop and oversee the Compliance function for each Business Group across the organisation, ensuring adherences to processes, policies and procedures meet regulatory and AML requirements. In addition your responsibilities will include the following: - Main contact point for regulators - Member Group Operational Risk Committee. - Act as regulatory and compliance clearance function in relation to new products and processes. - Keep abrast of regulatory and legislative developments impacting the Group. - Ensuring a program of AML training is conducted annually across all Group entities. We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 3 years experience within a Head of Compliance position or equivalent within a Financial Services institution. You will have strong well developed management and relationship skills and be able to negotiate suitable outcomes. Relevant Tertiary qualifications essential. Source: EFCG |
