We, at .com, have an immediate need for a mature, experienced professional to join our team as a Unit Manager / Business Manager. The candidate will be leading our sales team to generate new business and maintain existing business amongst corporations. Apart from which you will also be empowered with managing and growing our unit / office with P&L responsibility, reporting directly to our Regional Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:
- To build a sustainable, productive SME sales team
- To manage existing teams to ensure growth of market share
- To increase overall exposure of .com in the SME market through end-to-end recruitment solutions that reflect on-going product development
- To grow, develop and support effective team leaders in each market

Duties:
- Attract, screen and induct top talent
- Train new sales staff and get new staff confirmed
- Increase sales through leadership and motivational expertise
- Hire for any deficiencies in optimal staffing level
- Select and train a team leader in each market / office to fulfill Team Leader duties (Lead, motivate and coach a team to exceed challenging sales targets)
- Liaise directly with team leaders to increase overall market share
- Coordinate with team leaders to ensure proper communication of innovative service offerings and sales approaches
- Develop management ability of team leaders
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market analysis, competition, market trend
- Prepare quarterly and yearly budget for the sales department and maintain effective budget control of sales
