Requirements:

• Candidate must have a degree in C. A/C P.A. or M.B.A. (Finance) with at least 10 years experience in handling Finance and Accounts functions of a large size multinational company.

• Ability to conceptualize concepts and operationalize them practically within the resources at his disposal.

• Responsible for timely MIS Reporting to the Management. Responsible for Management of Funds at optimal costs to the organization. Ability to Plan and Forecast.

• Responsible for Budgeting process - Short Term. Medium Term & Long Term in the Company. Budgets will be prepared in coordination with all the functional heads related to their area of responsibility.

• Monthly Review will be made of the Achievements vs. Budgets giving reasons for the Variance (if any). Steps (if any) to be taken should be advised to rectify the same.

• Have experience with respect to setting up and Implementation of systems & procedures not only related to Finance and Accounts but also covering other functions if it is required.

• Direct and control the team of finance and accounts to ensure that company maintains accurate and up to date accounts at all times.
• Ensuring statutory and regulatory accounting, including full adherence to international Accounting standard, manage the financial planning processing and business review process.
• Develop & implement the financial and investment strategies to facilitate the achievement of the company’s vision and strategic objectives

• Advise the chairman and senior management on the key financial issue and trends.

• Must have Computer literacy, including the use of economic and financial spreadsheets, database and accounting systems and presentation software. Possess inclination and ability for business analyzes with project management skills. Skills
